First, I'd like to personally welcome you to the Groovy Gamer Web Site. More than 1.5 years in the making, Groovy Gamer was originally born from the needs expressed by the members of my Google Group (XBOX Incentives & Rewards). For nearly 2 years the Google Group has served as a gathering place of sorts for more than 500 of our members. When I created the Group, my intention was to provide detailed, helpful information on the numerous free gaming and incentive programs running rampid on the net. For months I struggled to nail down a program that would actually follow-through with the claims made by said program. After weeding out the bad apples and compiling a ton of useful information on the actual "real" programs, I launched the Group. Within the first 2 months more than 200 new members joined our ranks. Before long, the group was ranked as the 4th largest on Google. Obviously this could not have been accomplished without the help of all of our members. And thanks for that. April 1, 2009 will begin a new era for our members as I open the doors (if you will) to the Brand New, Super-Duper, Major Kewl Groovy Gamer Web Site. While the Site's primary focus will remain on Free Gaming Gear programs and alike, the new Site has given me many more avenues to explore for our Gaming Community. With this new CMS design, we're able to provide a complete, interactive, entertaining community for gamers of all ages on all platforms, of all skill levels. Member profiles are fully integrated with the entire site from the Shoutbox, to the Gamers' Forum, to the Private Messaging system. Members can now create and maintain their own personal profiles which will follow them across all modules of the site. With profile sections dedicated to the XBOX 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, and PC, members now have the ability to list their gaming identities, their games library, and tons more information which can be used by other members to find gamers with common interest in games, platforms, and more. BUT WAIT, there's MORE... - Groovy Gamer was founded with the idea that FREE STUFF ROCKS! Especially FREE GAMING STUFF! That said, our number one priority here is to reward our members with free gaming gear they can actually use. There's no catch, no credit card requirements, no bank account, no drivers license, no BS! We just like to give stuff away. From GTA IV Baseball bats to Microsoft Points, to Wii Points, BRAND NEW GAMES, Game time, and CASH! It's all about sharing and to show we care, we share! The more GG Points you have, the more entries you can purchase. GG Points are also available for purchase via Paypal at a cost of $.25/25 GG Points.
- Our members-only Photo Gallery is a great place to show off your kills, best moves, or pics of your doggie eating your favorite game. If it's digital and it's an image, we wanna' see it! Upload 'em here!
